By accessing and using MindVelo's exam preparation Services (NCLEX Prep, ASCP Study Guide, TEAS/HESI Tips, AcePrep, and related platforms), including our website at https://mindvelo.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

2. Use License

MindVelo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, educational purposes only.

4. User Accounts

Exam Pass Guarantee: MindVelo does NOT guarantee that using our Services will result in passing any certification exam. Success depends on individual effort, study habits, and exam performance.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Liability for Damages

MindVelo shall NOT be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages arising from use or inability to use our Services
• Damages from third-party content or services
• Your exam results or career outcomes

6.2 Liability Cap

If we are found liable, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $0 if you paid nothing).

MindVelo may contain links to third-party websites, payment processors, and external resources.

• We are NOT responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or practices

8. Payment & Refund Policy
